I Will Never Use Ups Again
Taking fashion too long to arrive and no updates..
My order was originally meant to take 1-v working days, but when I got the confirmation electronic mail it was due in 10 days. The delivery engagement has been pushed back by a day and my package isn't fifty-fifty out for commitment yet (and it has been over a calendar week) and then I'yard expecting further delays as it is a weekend and is due in two days. Because delivery cost me £xviii I'yard quite upset and aroused. How can you be one of the biggest couriers on the planet and nevertheless mess up this much. The 1 star average review says it all. Never using UPS again absolutely terrible.

I sent a packet with 2 mean solar day air..expecting it to go there in ii days. I sent on a Weds forenoon, expecting it to be delivered on Friday…. Now, they tell me information technology won't get there till Monday…five DAYS Later!!!
UPS shouldn't advertise 2 day delivery if they tin't follow through.

Well, here we are again; I never learned my lesson. My company has an account with UPS which bills me at the end of the month, so I frequently take advantage of it that'south why I keep making these same mistakes over and over. Anyway, I overnighted a Mother's Day card for Sabbatum commitment on Friday. It cost me $64.00 for a uncomplicated envelope. Lo and behold, I was just notified that my mother, who by the way is very ill, will receive the card Monday, not Saturday. So here I am paying acme dollar to make sure that my mother gets her Female parent'south Day card past Mother'south Day and once once more I get screwed. UPS is turning into the USPS in terms of reliability, so I gauge either I kickoff using USPS or some other service like FedEx.

2020 - UPS used to exist my go to. I would pay extra to have them do my deliveries.
At present 2022- I will pay extra to take anyone just UPS. I go a lot of deliveries. I can non call back the terminal time I got a package on time from UPS. Late every single time. This is to a business concern accost.

UPS is by far the most reliable and respectful courier company there is. The friendliest people and the easiest stress costless experience as a recipient.
Lost package
UPS stated they left my package at an unknown post office so is not in that location responsibility. Verified with store I ordered it from and information technology was to arrive UPS. So oveuslly they lost my packet. That's right UPS stated there is no way to know what post office they left it at!

Terrible service
I paid for home delivery using UPS, and in that location were no notifications whatever telling when the package would make it. Luckily I checked the delivery date with the tracking number and stayed at home all day to receive the package. Nevertheless, tracking said delivery was unsuccessful because I wasn't at abode. Conspicuously they didn't even try to deliver the package because they didn't even leave the delivery note in my mailbox and I would have either seen or heard the commitment car. So they didn't even bother coming shut and only took the packet to a "nearby" access point. The access point was then far away I had to take a bus (and pay for a bus ticket) to get to the admission indicate. In that location was no way to asking a new delivery because I didn't have the code required to practise so since they didn't even deliver the note to my mailbox (or anywhere else near my firm). So, I paid for home delivery and what I really got was a delivery so far away that I had to even pay extra to get information technology.
Beware UPS
Beware, when shipping with UPS, if they lose your package yous'll be responsible to replace it yourself. I shipped a packet with contents valued at $683.00. I did not purchase insurance and didn't meet there was a tiny box where you lot write in the declared value of the package. Regardless of all of this, UPS is still fully responsible for losing my package. They scanned it when they picked it up and it hasn't been seen since. They did an investigation and could non locate the package. I received notification to my email address, in my name, to file a claim. I completed all the paperwork in my name, including a PayPal receipt from the company I purchased from, likewise in my name! Rather than fly habitation with this parcel I chose to transport it to my home address using my approved employer's shipping account. The shipping label had me listed as the sender and the receiver. Why is all of this important? After filing the claim I was notified it was settled, I received a claim number directly to my email address in my proper name. After non receiving a bank check for over a week, I inquired, I was told they sent the check to my employers accost in the amount of $100.00 fabricated out to my employer! My employer has 50 locations throughout the U.s. and over 10,000 employees. Imagine a visitor that only deals with shipping, loses your package then doesn't want to brand good on it? I should non have to purchase insurance to ensure that they do their job, it's what they exercise, they transport packages! I supplied photos of the production I shipped along with dated, itemized receipt and they decided they would reimburse me $100.00 and so didn't even ship the check to the person they have had all correspondence with! Does your dealership enquire y'all if yous want to purchase insurance or what yous value your vehicle at in case our technician doesn't know how to do his job? Of class non! Why? Because it's what they do, it is their business! They agreed they lost the package, I provided the proof of the contents and the price of the contents, and they nonetheless don't want to pay! I'm absolutely outraged that a company such as this can become away with this! Absolute theft!

If i was able to exit a null i would..text said package was at front door same time that i was.out there they called commuter who swore package was at front door..two hours afterwards packet was thrown at dorsum door broken with items missing..UPS sweats package was delivered...actually!!!!!

Utterly useless and incompetent! One star, only because, every bit usual, it'south not possible to requite none or minus stars.
UPS app is not fit for purpose. Notification received that a bundle was to be delivered ii days later, however, they attempted delivery the next day without advising me. Even so it gets worse every bit I was told a sub-contractor had tried to evangelize it at fourteen.11 and had pushed the buzzer to my flat. I was at home from 13.45 and the buzzer did not sound. Notification received that parcel was redirected to an "access point" but not before receiving two identical emails in quick succession which were composed of blank database fields communicating absolutely nil whatsoever. Every time I am informed that a supplier uses UPS I know I'm in for problem. Avert!!!!!!

The worst courier company. For a calendar week i tin not selection up my parcel because in the bespeak in that location is person who dont know how to speak English language and dont know what to do. Customer service dont answer. And so i have to cancell my order

Lazy worker didn't bother to deliver
My package never arrived to my home equally instructed. Instead I received a message xxx minutes later the commitment fourth dimension stating a delivery was unsuccessful and I would have to travel to a nearby pickup point to retrieve it. I was sat at home throughout the delivery period, within earshot of the door, with devices sounds all turned down. There was no knock or ring of the doorbell, and so clearly the commitment commuter didn't fifty-fifty bother to attempt to deliver the packet.
